If RTS items are ordered with preorder and/or custom items they are held until the complete order has been through the production process, then shipped together.

Policies 

Payment
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted.


Shipping:
Orders ship 7-14 days after production

Production time isn't a set length of time, and varies depending on the type of order.

See the pending order page for more info.

Combining Orders
If you place an additional order get in touch about combining packages. We can do our best to accommodate, but somtimes we end up shipping things separately.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the US and Canada are not an option at this time. 

Other Shipping concerns 
Shipping can take a few weeks because of postal delays. Please be aware of this. Tracking can ndicate "delivered" but it may take a few days for your package to actually be delivered.

Lottie J. is not responsible for items lost/stolen in post, or for incorrect address information given at the time of purchase.


Missing Order Info

Custom orders must have all fit information and measurements written in the notes before you check out.

If your order notes are empty, missing necessary information, or included incorrect information you will be required to provide the correct information within 30 days of order confirmation or we cannot guarantee that your order will be made to fit your needs or made at all.

Orders with missing information that go without correction are subject to our no refund policy. See below.


Return/Refund

No returns or exchanges can be accepted under any circumstances.
No refunds can be issued after purchase.
No cancellations can be accepted after purchase.
No exceptions.

Custom fit guarantee:
If your custom order doesn't fit upon arrival we offer a remake guarentee.

Any issues with any item will be taken seriously, corrected promptly and accordingly. Please reach out to LJ via email or DM on Instagram 

If your custom order notes are empty, missing necessary information, or included incorrect information, we cannot guarantee that your order will be made to fit your needs or made at all. In this case your order may be subject to our no refund policy. 

Lottie J. reserves the right to change order processing estimate times and/or pause production at any time. Please remember that every item is handmade by humans.
