How do I take my measurements?

Use this measurement guide!

You'll need a proper measuring tape to take your measurements properly. Please use a proper tailors measuring tape to find your correct measurements.

Ready to ship
Items marked ready to ship are exactly that. RTS items are processed and shipped shortly after an order is placed.

Exceptions to this are when a RTS item ordered with preorder and/or custom items. In that case the RTS items are held until the complete order has been through the production process, then shipped together.

Preorder items haven's been made yet but are put into production shortly after an order is placed. After a large batch of preorder items have been through the production phase they are processed for shipping.

Custom orders can take a while to make it through production because of the extra time they take to produce. This type of item typically takes the most time to produce. 

How do I place a custom fit order?
Head over to the Customs page for detailed instructions and info on what kind of customizations are available. Send a DM  or an email to discuss specifics if needed.

Where's my custom order?
Custom orders do not come with an estimated production time. Custom orders could take weeks or even months. See the Pending Custom Order page for more info.

Local Pickup?
Items that are part of orders that have been left without a scheduled pickup time for longer than 90 days (of initial order, or contact about order completion) are subject to being resold without refund to the initial buyer.


Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted.

Ready to ship
(RTS) items usually ship within 7-14 days of purchase.

Pre-order items ship within 7-14 days after production.

Combining Orders
If you place an additional order get in touch about combining packages. We can do our best to accommodate, but somtimes we end up shipping things separately.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the US and Canada are not an option at this time. 

Other Shipping concerns 
Shipping can take a few weeks because of postal delays. Please be aware of this. Tracking can ndicate "delivered" but it may take a few days for your package to actually be delivered.

Lottie J. is not responsible for items lost/stolen in post, or for issues because of incorrect address information given at the time of purchase.

Missing Order Info

Custom orders must have all fit information and measurements written in the notes before you check out.

If your order notes are empty, missing necessary information, or included incorrect information you will be required to provide the correct information within 30 days of order confirmation or we cannot guarantee that your order will be made to fit your needs or made at all.

Orders with missing information that go without correction are subject to our no refund policy. See below.


Ready to ship items:
No returns
or exchanges can be accepted under any circumstances.
No refunds can be issued after purchase.
No cancellations can be accepted after purchase.
No exceptions.

Custom Items:
If your custom order doesn't fit upon arrival we offer a remake guarentee.

Any issues with any item will be taken seriously, corrected promptly and accordingly. Please reach out to LJ via email or DM on Instagram 

If your custom order notes are empty, missing necessary information, or included incorrect information, we cannot guarantee that your order will be made to fit your needs or made at all. In this case your order may be subject to our no refund policy. 

Lottie J. reserves the right to change order processing estimate times and/or pause production at any time. Please remember that every item is handmade by humans.
