How do I take my measurements?

Use this measurement guide!

You'll need a measuring tape in order to take your measurements properly. Please use a proper measuring tape to find your correct measurements

How do I order something custom fit?
Head over to the Customs page for detailed instructions and info on what kind of customizations are available. Send a DM  or an email to discuss specifics if needed.

Where's my custom order?
Custom orders do not come with an estimated production time. Custom orders could take weeks or even months. See Custom Fit page for more info.

When LJ and her assistant finish making everything :)

PayPal is the only option for payment currently. We're hoping to offer other options asap.


Ready to ship
(RTS) items usually ship within 7-14 days of purchase.

Pre-order items take a little longer to ship than RTS items as they still have to go through the production cycle, but because they are batched and not custom shipping happens pretty quick.

Custom items do not come with an estimated ship time and can take up to a couple of months to reach the shipping stage. See the pending custom order page for more info.

Combining Orders
If you place an additional order and would like your orders combined and shipped in one package, simply select the "Local Pickup" option and leave a note at checkout for a combined order. Contact if this is not an option for you.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the US and Canada are not an option at this time. 

Other Shipping concerns 
Shipping can take a few weeks because of postal delays. Please be aware of this. Tracking can ndicate "delivered" but it may take a few days for your package to actually be delivered.

Lottie J. is not responsible for items lost/stolen in post, or for issues because of incorrect address information given at the time of purchase.


Ready to ship items:
No returns
or exchanges can be accepted under any circumstances.
No refunds can be issued after purchase.
No cancellations can be accepted after purchase.
No exceptions.

Custom Items:
If your custom order isn't right, that's not right. Get in touch with us asap and we will make it right for you. Re-make guarantee, baby.

If you have any issue with an item, please reach out with an email or through a direct message on Instagram . Any issues will be taken seriously, corrected promptly and accordingly. LJ is a reasonable person and she'll handle it.

Lottie J. reserves the right to change order processing estimate times and/or pause production at any time. All orders will be fulfilled. Please remember that every item is handmade by literal people.

The past couple of years have no been easy! Shit happens and sometimes the people behind this screen need time and/or support, which can mean that your expectations need to be lenient. Be kind and understand that this small buisness operates under a "people over capital" basis. You'll get your undies. We promise.
